FBK LLC staff includes certified auditors with qualification certificates issued by Russia’s Ministry of Finance under a set procedure and entitling them to conduct bank audits. FBK is guided by the generally accepted international practice of financial reporting audit and also complies with requirements recommended by Russia’s Central Bank (On the Procedure for Drawing and Submitting Financial Reporting by Credit Organizations).

FBK LLC has a number of experts holding diplomas of internationally recognized accounting and audit associations and organizations, including:

>  Deputy head of FBK (a co-owner of FBK LLC)

>  FBK’s risk management specialist

>  FBK’s specialist for controlling audit quality and audit report preparation

FBK conducts audit using International Audit Standards (N 220 Quality Control in Audit – clause 6, Appendix B, Appendix С; N 200 Purpose and General Principles Governing Financial Reporting Audit – clauses 4 and 5) and the Code of Ethics of the International Federation of Accountants and Auditors.

The President of FBK LLC is authorized to sign audit reports for financial reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards, based on the License Agreement of 25 March 2002 concluded between FBK LLC and PKF, the International Association.
