In March 2010 contract for rendering services was concluded between FBK and OJSC TGK-4 (as of today – OJSC Kvadra). On June 21, 2010 project in valuation of OJSC Kvadra fixed assets was completed successfully. The project was reconciled with a Big Four company. Experts of FBK Valuation Department carried out assignments in estimation of fair value of fixed assets and construction in progress.

FBK have extensive experience of work with power companies, however this valuation project is unique because it was the first implemented for an entity engaged namely in power generation.

Kvadra (prior to 2010 – TGK-4) has existed since April 20, 2005, it is a major Russian producer of electrical and thermal energy in the central region of Russia. As of today the entity accounts for over 400 entities of thermal and electrical power. The company renders services in management, consulting, marketing etc. associated with power business.
