FBK experts finalized preparing consolidated annual financial statements under IFRS for IDGC Holding. Experts of the International Reporting Department and FBK Valuation Department participated in the project. The financial statements prepared have successfully undergone audit by a Big Four company. High quality of cooperation was appreciated by the Client.

OJSC IDGC Holding was established in July 2008 as the result of reorganizing IDGC of Russia in July 2008. As of today IDGC Holding is a management company which comprises Interregional Distribution Grid Companies (IDGCs), research and development institutes, design and construction institutes, and construction and sales companies. About 100 affiliates of IDGCs are located in 69 constituent entities of the Russian Federation
