Experts of FBK Department of Corporate Management Systems proceeded with a major project for implementation of ECM DIRECTUM at Moscow Engineering Plant “Znamya”. Within the first project stage block “Chancellery” will be automated (registration of incoming/outgoing documents, control over implementation of tasks and assignments), also ECM DIRECTUM will be integrated with 1C accounting system to unify regulatory information which will enable looking through history of interaction with suppliers and subdivisions of entity.

According to Elena Yul, Deputy Director of Department of Corporate Management Systems, implementation of ECM will enable making docflow of a major engineering plant more transparent, efficient and manageable, will prompt documents moving, and simplify reconciliation procedures.

OAO Moscow Engineering Plant “Znamya” is a leader among producers of hydraulic pumps of various types, fuel control units and accessories, valves and air high pressure compressors used on the civil and military aircraft and helicopters (Tu-204, Tu-214, Tu-334, Il-114, Mi – 28N, Mi -8), armored vehicles (BMP-3, BMP-2, BMD-4, BMD-3, tanks: T-90 and T-80) special ground and road-building equipment.
