FBK is implementing a complex project for Holding IDGC

Professionals of FBK International Reporting Department and Valuation Department started implementing a large project in rendering consulting services for preparing consolidated statements under IFRS for FY 2009 for all companies of Holding IDGC.

Holding IDGC was established as consequence of reorganization of RAO UES of Russia in July 2008. At the moment Holding IDGC is managing company uniting interregional distributing network companies, scientific research, design, and construction institutes, constructing and sales entities. About 100 branches of IDGC are situated in the territories of 69 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
