Consortium OAO Glavnaya Doroga was formed by Managing Company Lider. In 2009 the consortium signed Concession Agreement with Rosavtodor for construction and fee-based exploitation of new exit road to Moscow Beltway from the federal motor road M1 “Belarus” Moscow-Minsk. Period of effect of the Concession Agreement is 30 years, total cost of construction is 25,7 billion RUR.
