FBK is approved as an auditor for audit of Metalloinvest companies’ annual financial statements for the year 2010, in particular OJSC Lebedinsky Mining and Processing Plant (Lebedinsky GOK) and OJSC Oskol Elektrometallurgical Plant (JSC OEMK).

Metalloinvest is one of the largest mining and metallurgical holdings in Russia. Today it is the owner of the largest ore deposits in the world and the only manufacturer of metallized raw materials in Europe, as well as the largest manufacturer of iron ore products in CIS. The structure of the holding includes mining division (Lebedinsky and Mikhailovsky mining and processing plants) and metallurgic division (Oskol Elektrometallurgical Plant and Ural Steel Plant).
